[Alt-photo] Upcoming Platinum and Palladium Photographs Symposium in Washington, DC, Oct 22-23

Thanks, Rob, for reminding everyone about this event.  

The new information on Pt-Pd photographs and degradation issues that have come to light over the past decade or so is important for anyone involved in this beautiful medium.  There will be a private reception to view contemporary prints on exhibit at the Smithsonian National Museum of the American Indian on Wednesday night for symposium participants.  The preview looks really good.

The topics covered are important and promise to be detailed.  I will be there all week for the symposium & the Pt-Pd photograph  conservation workshop.  If we have name tags & you see me, please introduce yourself. I would really like to put names to faces from the list!
