Stacking negatives is not a good idea. You are very likely to end up with ghost images transferred from one negative's emulsion side to the backside of the adjacent negative.  This may not be apparent by inspection until you make another print.  

The longer the stack sits, the more likely this will occur. .  Though a negative may be dry to the touch right out of the printer, it will outgas as it cures for quite some time.
