Hello List,

I have been printing with QTR to our Epson 4900s for about 6 years now and all of a sudden I am getting thin grainy negatives with one printer and normal with the other. Same printer, same profile two different computers. I have tried uninstalling all of QTR and reinstalling along with the profiles on the computer printing the thin negative and still have the same issue. Changing from bi-directional to uni-directional has improved the grain structure, but the negative is still thin. Has anyone run into this problem before and have a fix? Here is a picture of my problem: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=1495014393854370&set=pcb.10154789061842749&type=3&theater
