[Alt-photo] masking edges

May be some paper variables in there too. it borders on not being sticky enough, whereas the blue painters tape and yellow frog tape are often too sticky and pull up the paper when it is removed. 

I use the frog tape on gumovers because they have a layer of gelatin sizing that seems to protect the paper. 

The tricky ones are the out-of-the-package papers that don’t have any additional sizing. The 3M stuff worked okay for me with Revere so long as I really mashed that edge in with my fingers before coating.
