[Alt-photo] Curves and text files in QTR

Everything QTR does while printing is managed by the quad file….. Open one in a text editor to see that quad files are actually very simple. Each ink is defined with a long row of numbers, just telling the driver how much ink has to be used, and where the ink has to ‘kick in’ or stop.

The txt and acv always have to be compiled each time you make a change.
It might be a good idea, while testing, to add a version number to the txt file name, it will be in the curve name when compiled. Take care for too long names though. Maximum length is 32 characters.
