Learn about the best 'next steps' in waste diversion programs, outreach and policies for your city, county, business, school, home or office at the 2012 Oklahoma Recycling Conference to be held in Stillwater on Oct. 12.
The full-day event, Sustainable Recycling: Proven Solutions for Oklahoma, is hosted by the Oklahoma Recycling Association and will feature researcher and national expert on waste diversion programs, Lisa Skumatz of Sera, Inc.
Other program topics include: Recycle Commodity Updates & Economic Outlook; Successful Municipal Recycling; Rechargeable Battery Recycling; and several panels, such as, What Happens After the E-Waste Event, Oklahoma Products Made from Recycled Materials, and Recycling at Work & School.
