[Ok-sus] Downgrade for electric utilities credit looms?

Financial system behemoth Barclays has downgraded the entire US electric 
utility bonds.  They say solar plus onsite storage will become 
increasingly competitive with grid distributed electricity, and the 
prices of the bonds aren't factoring in this possible competition.  Read 
both articles to get a good grip on what the financial industry sees 
coming at the electric utility industry.

NOW we now why OGE et al were so quick to get legislation passed to 
discourage homeowner use of solar power.
