Marching Band Memorization Test Schedule - Every student participating in

8:30am-10:00AM. The remaining students will be tested on Tuesday, May 3 and
Wednesday, May 4. Sign up for an appointment at the Information Table.
Beginning and Intermediate Band students may pick up a practice CD at the
Information Table. Practice CDs are recommended to help students learn and
memorize the music.

Marching Band Music to be Performed at the Concert - We are going to
assemble a band of nearly 250 students at the Band Concert to perform this
year's marching band selections. We want this to be fun not stressful. If
your child needs help learning the music we suggest getting a Practice CD.
These CDs are free to Marching Band students. If you are not in Marching
Band the cost is $1.

Marching Band Volunteers - Volunteer Sign-up for marching band camp is at
the information table or at the Uniform Checkout table. We need every
family to sign up for one work assignment.

Pick Up Festival CDs - Your Festival CD is available at the Information
Table if you ordered one.

Pop Can/Bottle Drive - We have families that would like to march and to go
on the trip to Philadelphia, but are struggling financially. For the next
few weeks we will be collecting cans at the building on Wednesday's to help
those families. Please bring any donation you can to help them out.

Missing Volunteers - There are some families who have slipped through the
crack and have not either signed up or never did their volunteering time.
We ask that you contact Kathy Carabellese and/or plan on helping at the
uniform fittings that are scheduled in April. If you are new, or were a
floater last semester, we will need your help also. There is a lot that
needs to be done to get the uniforms passed out and you don't need
experience, just a willing heart.
